Will a 2000 f150 hood fit my 99 expedition?

I hit a deer and broke out my grill, bent hood and bumper... Will parts off a 2000 f150 fit?

hood, fenders, grill, front bumper... are all the same the doors and back different as well as the windsheild

Thanks guys... I now have a white f 150 grill and hood on my red expy... lol at least its symetrical.
