The stack of washer represents the clearance I have from caliper to rim...

I am debating if this is too close for comfort before I hook up brake lines. Think that's enough clearance to be safe?

Looks really good. Did you also use the rear kit #140-13866. I looking at buying this setup for my truck.

Changing brakes will also make a mess of your ABS. It's tuned for the stock brake response, more aggressive brakes will throw it off.

No because the expedition has the electronic parking brake it won't fit.
