Nice vid clip!
I was going to post one too, but don't have to now. I did the Flowmaster 40 on mine also and the video sound is perfect. When the vid started playing I actually checked to see if my GF wasn't stealing my car again. LMAO

It does sound good, deep but also gets a nice higher tone when really on the throttle. How do you like your expedition since its identical to mine

Pfft, yours is identical to mine.... :D
It's a great rig! I think I like it better than the '99 XLT that I lost in a divorce. I really don't like the color scheme though... But I did a little plastidipping on the gold and it looks MUCH better! Sorry, I am a little burnt out on gold. My '79 F-250 that I bought from my grandmother 18 years ago was repainted in 1990 with a baaaaaad brown/gold two tone. Oh no, now you are going to make me post pics....

Edit: Ok, here's a pic of the F-250. This is why I hate gold!

Was my grandfather's truck. Still the most reliable vehicle I own! Has a "built for towing" 390 FE motor in it with a t18 4 speed. I swapped out the running gear with a '76 camper special so I have the larger brakes, sway bars, and 3.55 gears.

I would have liked to have gone with a spintech muffler but didn't have the time to order and wait for delivery. By the way, what is that intake silencer delete and what does it do?

Sorry I missed that question at first. It is simply removing the snorkel that narrows the inlet through the accordion elbow in the stock intake. Didn't really do anything, maybe changing the tone a bit. It was more of an experiment and I mangled it so much taking it out it was not going back in. I can get you a link to a thread if you still want to try it. Did not harm the performance at all.

Oh man those back windows look like fish bowls. A kid that went to my high school drove one of those. Reminds me of this gem...
