Unlimited money: what mods for offroading?

Title says it all. If you had unlimited money (or let's say parts are free), what would you do to a stock expedition (2003 - 2006 model, or whatever) to make it off-road capable? What shocks? What brakes? What lights? What engine mods? Be as specific as you like. I'm interested in building mine up a little after I do something about the smoke smell and I'm curious what you'd look for in my position?

If you really had UNLIMITED money and really HAD to blow it on an expy...

Custom suspension all the way, long travel a-arms, high enough not to have any frame contact problems. Coil over shocks all the bases covered there. Approx. 4-6" total lift. An actually useful independent suspension. 35-37" tires.

Supercharged 4V 5.4 out of GT500 (or aluminum block 5.4 S/C out of GT)
