My aunt's eddie bauer wont start, did the research and followed everything that pointed to the fuse box ( no start with clicking ad buzzing from fuse box) changed out the fuse box but did not fixed but instead lit up the gauge cluster and the diag. screen listed a few things never seen before, ontop of that the fuse box ticks with the key out of the ignition. All it does is crank and that's it. Any one have any idea?

Sounds like you need to put back the original fuse box and let's start from scratch. You need to figure out if your problem is fuel or spark. Easiest way is pull air horn from throttle body, open throttle, give a 2-3 second spray of starter fluid. If it starts then dies, your pump, or delivery to pump is suspect. Sometimes in diagnosis of cars, you need to get back to basics. If it doesn't start when doing the previous, then you need to check for spark to plugs, and pulse to injectors. Report back your findings and let's go from there.

There is several fuseboxs (cjb) available for these expeditions. It is common for the PCM power relay to burn internally, also common for these small relays to click without actually carrying any juice. Start with a jumper between 30/87 or a known good relay. During my investigations for my electronic issues I have uncovered almost all of the no start/no crank issues.

Before getting the new relay box we have rotated the relays around, at first it would fix it for a while ( sometimes slapping the relays worked) but now its at the point that the relays and old fuse box burnt up ( burn marks on relay prongs and melted plastic) so there is no point in trying the old one again. I did chase down the other ends before changing the box.

Just curious which fuse box did you replace, under the hood or passanger kick panel? Are you 100% positive it was an identical replacement? Are you getting power to your fuel pump when you turn the key ignition on? Have you pulled off a couple of spark plug boots off and attempted to start the engine, was there spark coming from the boots?

There's too many questionable variables left out in your description, I'll add a video to a relative issue, doesnt have to be your problem but the troubleshooting shown can help you narrow down the suspect on your aunt's truck

By the way, what year and engine expedition are we talking about?

It's a '03 5.4L and it was the one in the kick panel and yes it was identical to the original, made sure of that before I bought it. I do hear the fuel pump kick on like it should but I cant test fuel at the engine or spark since it wont even crank, everything turns off like it should to start but no crank or anything just dead silence other than the fuse box making its noise and the alarms going off for the lights in the cluster and the diag. screen giving new codes that weren't there before

At this point I'd check for power going back to the pump at the inertia switch. You'll only have power for a second or 2 while cranking. I believe it drops below 6 volt as you crank the starter, you'll need an assistant. On the 03-06 expedition it's located in the driver's left rear trim panel near tail gate. You may also want to hook up a fuel pressure gauge. Even though it's not running you still will build pressure if the pumps pumping. Did you try the ether spray through open throttle body? Got to narrow down if it's fuel or spark causing your no start.

Is the starter engaging?

doesn't need to be running to check fuel pressure
Now it isn't cranking but in your first post it was?
Fuse box making noise? They don't make noise other than light clicking as the relays turn on/off.

Without seeing the part #'s for both boxes you have the same symptoms other members have had when they switch to the wrong central junction box. Even though they look the same there are internal wiring differences that make them specific to individual models/years.
