Can anyone confirm if FORScan can erase and program '13 keys?

My local Valu home center, did 2 of my, PATS2 ebay blanks. The first time, a kid did it, no questions. The second time the lazy manager said, it wouldn't work. I explained, I had one done before. He found the slot on the machine and cut it. It took less than a minute.

I just did this today for my 2012 focus, would be very safe to assume the 13 expedition is also compatible.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'll go this route if the need arises again. May I ask which OBDII device you used?

I haven't heard of this but it looks interesting. The Enhanced Ford Expansion supports quite a bit and the combination appears to rival some of the diagnostic tools in the $1,000+ range.

Yeah I have an 07 and dealer wanted to charge $35 plus $160 for programming for a plain key. His service guy slipped me a card for a guy who does them. He had a programmer, tablet etc and 15 mins I was out for $80 total. I dont mind supporting local business if they do a good job and I tend to stay away from anything computer in nature if its not for work. Ive fried way too many hard drives in my life lol.

That appears to be the adapter of choice. I was also looking at the OBDLink MX+but still trying to determine if there's any significant difference in functionality for Ford vehicles.
