Hey yall! Been lurking here for a while and had a stock 21 Limited mall crawler that didn't offer much post worthy content lol. Glad to see other expedtioners as there aren't many around me in Central MO. I went take off raptor route since price was right and I felt 315 70 17 would be the perfect size until support mods come out. Ive flexed it and been all over without anything minor rub on front rear section of fender. Clearances are tight but work and very little poke which I wanted driving lot of gravel. Say goodbye to pathetic wranglers and their blue white walls. I wonder what Ford was thinking sending these out looking like this?

What year are those raptor wheels? They look a bit different than the ones I’ve seen.

LT275x70x18 BFG KO2's..33"x11" 10 ply. No rubbing at stock height and ride and handle great at 42 psi cold. Hardly any road noise either.

Well the rear end is not a "proper" shock coil over lift and they won't sell the control arms seperately.
Does anyone know the quality of these components? Has anyone taken the plunge yet?

I just installed the Rough Country lift on mine last night. I am not a fan of leveling nor did I want to keep the stock shocks in my struts so i put the expy Bilstein's on the rear on the middle clip. it looks amazing and road like a dream last night when I test drove it. I will take and post pictures soon. next is figuring out the exact tire size I want and can manage. I plan on keeping the stock FX4 wheels because I like the way they look.

Coop, looking good! Feel free to poke around my thread(s) for more answers on decent yet lightweight tires, how to make sure they don't rub, and spacers. And not to be a wallflower, but Bilstein does say not to use there shocks in combination with spacers.

I don't know why, but they do, so be careful during full articluation if you go off-road.
