I recently purchased a new 2024 XLT that was a loaner car with 3,200 miles on it. Everything works great and we love the car, except for one thing.
When the door opens, the fuel pump primes which is to be expected. At the end of the process, a squeaky noise happens. That noise drives me crazy and I can't figure out exactly what it is to tell the dealership. VIDEO LINK
I took it back to dealership and told them about it. They said it was part of the process and couldn't hear the squeak since it was so loud in the shop. I showed them a couple videos and they said it should go away after a while. It has not.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
