Yea mine had these codes when I first bought it. Like said the culprit was the elbow behind the throttle body. I bought 2 hoses from Ford and the rough idle went away and got better MPG.
You can drive it forever with those codes and have no major drivability issues.
PO171 PO174 are intake leaks. Check the PCV hoses that come off the valve covers to the intake. They usually rot at the rubber elbows and throw off the MAF sensor setting a code.
Usually on a mild day like 80* low humidity low side is around 40 psi and high side is 150 psi going from experience. with your environment the numbers should be higher and as stated above did you do a system vacuum? If not that could be an issue since you will have air in the system. Then you...

But I like the Expedition version better because it's got a full frame so the structure of the body is not compromised.
Any pointers to get it to get more stations? The FM works fine but the AM band barely picks up 2 stations. This is the factory Ford radio in my 97 Expedition.
I know it's not my area cause my 99 Escort has great AM signal on a stock Ford radio.
Could it be a bad ground or something?

This is a 5.4L right? I don't see what the exhaust manifold has anything to do with it misfiring.
Did they print out a diagnostic sheet for you?
I know it's common for the manifolds to leak at the back of the heads but I'm not buying its causing your misfire.
I have this exact issue with the rear driverside door. I'd like to fix it since the kids aways have to pile out of the passenger side when I drop them off.
Did all of mine. It took about 40 minutes being experienced with 5.4's.
Remove all the coils then blow the holes out with compressed air because they collect dirt.
Then get to work with extensions and swivels.
