PCV Fittting Leak

howdy! I have a 98 with 5.4 and the heated pcv. Where it goes into the manifold under the intake , one of the hose tubes(3) on that three hose fitting has a pin hole and is dummping out the coolant.Can anyone help me with a part # or fix for this? The tube that is bent up at 90* is the one leaking.Any suggestions would be a great help!!!!!

thats a common problem. mine got coil #4 wet and i had to replace that. ford just wrapped it with something and its all fixed. it dosent look replaced.

yes, its spraying everything over there. I wonder if it would hurt to just bypass it and hook the two coolant lines together? What do you think? Thanks

Clean it up real good and put JB weld over the pin hole.
I do this for customers that chose the cheap fix.
