Quick question. Do I neee to replace my transmission mounts on my car coz everytime I step on the gas pedal it drags real hard while speed is picking up. And once its running and going the vibration on the transmission is gone.

What i would do is have someone power brake the vehicle while you look under and see if you can see excessive movement in the power train.

Doesn't sound like a transmission mount. Not sure what you mean by "drags real hard." If it is not accelerating, you may have a problem in the transmission. If it is just vibration, you may want to check the U-Joints. The bell housing bolts the transmission to the back of the engine. There is only one rear mount, but if the engine and the transmission are both vibrating, it may be the engine mounts. Just vibration, probably outside the transmission, poor acceleration and vibration it is probably inside the transmission.
