Exactly why I do all my own work! I dont understand the 400-600 dollar price for changing the plugs (depending on what stealer you go to!) or why it is a different price at different stealers? But 150 for first broken plug and 50 for each additional one is just them sticking it to us! Why isnt it a flat 50 buck for the broken plugs? Why does the first one have to be 150? Like stated previously, i dont believe we the owners should have to pay for a broken plug! Just another problem ford isnt taking responsibility for! I hate to say it but i guess Toyota and Nissan will be top dog again pretty soon!
