2010 Expedition Brakes same as the 2010+ F150's?

Can someone confirm if the 3'rd gen expedition s share the same brake layout as the 2010+ F150's?

I'm asking since TCE performance have a kit that worked for the F150 and by the looks of it alone it share's the same hub and brake mounting options.

This is what i saw on their photobucket page for the images.









I'm looking at upgrading to a bigger brake kit like theirs. If someone can share their pictures i can verify it with TCE if they can retrofit the kit for my 2010 Expedition 4x4.
