2012 EL revs in Drive but not moving

Intermittently, maybe after a hard stop, my 2012 EXP EL will rev when I push the gas pedal but just won't move. I have got it to work by shifting out of drive and back in again but it has happened 4 times in 2 weeks. Taking to dealer but wanted to know if anyone else has same problem. BTW cheap dealer (Red MCCOMBS you should be ashamed) is having me pay for my own rental car instead of a loaner...

how many miles?
just asking because powertrain coverage is 5 year 60,000 miles which ever comes first and cover loaner and towing to dealer
