I have charged it with freon and it says it's full, the compressor is working, the air is not cold, door actuators are working, any idea what else it could be?

Welcome to the site. There a droves of threads on here about ac issues and what to do. We cover the same thing summer after summer.

In order to help you we need to know what the system pressures are at rest(static) and running after 10 minutes with a gauge set.
Your local auto parts store may rent a gauge set or loaner so that you get correct readings.

How much r134a have you added? The gauge in a can is just taking your money since it doesn't tell you what the evaporator temp is.

When you charged it, did you purge the air from the Recharge lines before you ran the "Freon" into your system? Was the system completely out before? If so, did you pull a vacuum so there isn't any air in the system? Just cause you charged it doesn't mean the system is charged properly. If there is air in it it will never work perfect, but it should be cool some. I've included a chart of what the pressures should be.
