A?C vents blowijng cold and hot

The A/C for my 1999 is blowing semi-cold air from the driver side, warm from the passenger side and very cold from the rear vents. I need to get an idea before I take it in to I don't get ripped off. Any ideas?

The front and rear are separate systems. Sounds like the door that moves to put air over the evap or the heater core is stuck in the middle somewhere.

Blend door actuator or the blend door is broken. Dealer wants about $800 and up to fix. Videos are on youtube on how to remove the dash. Not hard just time consuming.
