2001 Expedition. The wife thought originally the transmission was going out, because she said that when she put it gear it took a lot of gas to get moving but then it would kind of free up some.

But after driving it in a parking lot for 3 minutes at a top speed of 5mph and not using the brakes hardly at all on a cool morning, in the rain. I reached through each of the wheels and felt the rotors and they were ALL 4 very hot to the touch. And I mean to the point of another second or two and it would of started burning me!!

So since it's all 4 I highly doubt all the calipers are bad at the same time!! lol So I am guessing the Master Cylinder or the Booster? Anyone have any ideas on this?

I appreciate any help I could get on this, it's driving me crazy!!!

It is hard to imagine that all 4 are stuck, but I definitly would chek them, at least one to chek the dustboots for damage and if it's going in and out smoothly etc. you never know.
If thats ok it could be the booster or master cilinder.

good luck with this
