Already taken care of. Here is what I have based on this thread:I’ll start a spread sheet of info once I get back home, we’re camping now. Perhaps we can narrow down what the unicorn of Payload is
Still never got the answer to my last question though!! Do FX4 NON HD tow have HD springs or “lighter” springs? Hard to dig deep here on my phone.
Expedition Dave - how do you have the HD tow package with no brake controller or fancy knob? That’s part of the package right?

Please look this over and fill in any missing information or correct the information that is there. We don't nearly have a big enough sample size to make any definitive conclusion on what contributes what.
Possible, we just don't have enough data yet to determine what adds/subtracts significant vehicle weight. There are probably enough production variances that we would have to sample a couple hundred to know. Not sure if CCD adds weight, but my Limited has CCD. Are the limited that have the higher payload have CCD is standard suspension?
Just a thought because mine seems to be closer to the Platinum trims. Basically mine is a platinum minus the massage seats and 25 extra HP.

A rule seems to be 22 rim = CCD unless Canada bound...I think. I rented a limited max up in Mississauga that had 20" rim with the wire/CCD. That was my first rental and had me believing all limited trim got the CCD, but, must be a Canada build difference. Wish I took photos of the 3 rental stickers to contribute to this dataset! Not sure if CCD adds weight, but my Limited has CCD. 123s only ones to have the lower front GAWR from what I see.
That 1905 payload is amazing. I think a similar spec non fx4 7 seater without sunroof might have a little more ~ 50 lbs or so... Keep those door stickers coming!
Also, saw that someone blacked out their VIN. I didn't think to, but am genuinely curious as to why? I see folks do it on licence plates, too... Any ideas?

I’ve never weighed it without wife/4 kids+car seats/gear/WDH installed (used 3-pass method to confirm hitch setup). But the weight was significantly lower than what I estimated.
Also, we considered getting the FX4 and having the dealer install the brake controller. The dealer quoted ~$500.
I have not checked the part number on my springs yet. Wait! I bet I can use parts.ford.com... be right back...
