Driving/Fog Lamps as DRL on 2009 SSV

Has anyone tried the “fold over” the ground pin on the Fog Lamp Relay method of making them in DRLs / Bambi mode on a 2009 or other 3rd Gen?

I read this method somewhere and before I work on locating the relay and attempting this just wanted to see if anyone has gotten it to work.

I just pull on the light switch thingie...and voila

DRLs illuminate with the headlights Off so just "pulling on the light switch thingie" won't light the fog lights unless at least the parking lights are switched On.
