Ethanol Free Gas

Hey guys have a question, just bought a 98 Eddie Bauer 5.4L v8 and I have a local gas station around me that sells Ethanol Free unleaded 89. Would it be okay to put the Ethanol free in the engine at 130k miles or would it do further damage to it?

Should be just fine.

Add half a can of seafoam or techron to every few tanks to help.

What would running seafoam every tank do? I run it now every time I change the oil in it. Put a half in the oil, a whole down the brake booster and a whole through the gas. And right now I am running Mobil 1 synthetic in it, should I stay with that or I was thinking of changing to AMSOil next time?
