Expeditionary, yes the 4 cats will keep the back pressure up, but most cats are designed to not be restrictive. All I can tell you is to try the straight pipe, see what you think and then go from there.

thanks for your support, i really do listen to 99% of what you say because you are very knowledgable and do your research before posting and i appreciate that.
I think I'm going to go the cheap way to start out and just drop the $60 at an exhaust shop to have them weld in pipe where the muffler is now and if I end up liking it ill cut out the Y pipe and run dual pipes like 99expy and Rhino-lined (soldier).
If I dont ill get a glasspack cuz alaska's sounds mean too. Just not as mean as soldiers lol (i like truck exhaust poppin)

reminds me of hawaii with the straight pipes and HUGE over sized dual tips out at 45 slash. thermo you know what im talking about. looks like soldiers.

just finished at the shop. cost me $50 to cut the muffler out and put pipe in. Sounds mean with no popping. although you really notice that it only comes out one side lol
