Just wanted to drop in here and say hi from Tulsa. Here are a few pics of my ride. Supercharged by Trixters Racing LLC. ProCharged and fast...

This is my second Expedition, and my fastest one yet... I have owned 5 98-02 F-150s prior to my two Expeditions...

:welcome:

First pro-charged expedition member I believe. Looks good!

We have several members with lightning conversions, whipple, vortech, powerdyne and even a turbo.

Went out for my usual cup of coffee. No problem. But I ended up showing my ass!

At a red light waiting on a turn arrow. I noticed an LED turn signal on an M3, looked over and he was revving. We turned, ironically, an F-150 cut it wide so I gave right of way. He took the center lane, went WOT, and I floored it. I went to 1st and it was over before I hit 3rd.

This is what he saw... COCKY? NO. Confident? YES. I specialize in supercharging F-150s. I have owned 5 blown F-150s and one turbocharged one. Next an image of my ProCharged Interceptor. Let me know if you want to know more about me. I am Ford Certified.

Nice ride. Any particular reason why you went with a pro charger instead of a lightning swap. Also, are you going with larger injectors?

Yes, because we were killing Lightnings with our ProChargers. Plus they are easier to bolt on, upgradable to a RACE SERIES BLOWER and tunable. I have members on another forum that have run the same systems for over a decade now.

Once I break the blower in and change the oil, I will go with a 255 lph in tank pump, 42-60lb injectors (Depending on data logging), a 90-95mm MAF and an aggressive tune. Then I will run 93 octane (Currently run an FMU, stock 19# injectors, and 89 octane QT gas). I currently am running an out of the box D-1SC at 12 PSI with a 3-core intercooler. Charge temps are ambient, and discharge air temps are as high as 180 degrees under FULL boost. The AIR TO AIR unit is more efficient than a liquid to air piece at this level (Street/Strip).

SO, yes, it will be upgraded with fuel mods and I am having a "0" restriction inlet duct fabricated now that will pick up another 2 PSI. Then will look at the exhaust. Blowers are more sensitive to INLET restriction than exhaust restriction.

More to come. When I have time I will create a thread on it.

Thanks!

OH, almost forgot. I have made ONE mod. I am running NGK TR-6s at .035". This is the NGK equivalent of the AGSF 32C, which is a Tempo plug, but it fits the PI heads perfectly. Plus, the side electrodes burn off and kill the cylinder before detonation can hammer holes in pistons or blow away ring lands. We do NOT compromise on the use of this plug in ANY blown or turbo'd or Nitrous injected engine.

This is EXTREMELY important.

Make that a 345 lph pump. The 255 maxes out at 440 CHP.
