Been a longtime reader of the forum and finally decided to make an account. I'm about 500 miles shy of 200K on my 2001 5.4L XLT. Ive had the truck 11 years, bought it with 10k miles on it and she's been good to me. So far the only major repairs have been a differential rebuild at around 160K and intake manifold replacement at 180K. Haven't really done any exterior upgrades other than 5% tint on the windows. Interior changes include upgrading the factory stereo and speakers and threw in a couple of 12" JL's to add some depth to my music.
