Nothing special. It's just a rubber plug that goes on to floor pan and stuff. I had to look it up too so here is a picture.
There are two oval ones next to the airfilter inlet on the inner fender.

Without removing/moving my coolant bottle, I can see 2 are installed.

Good question. Didn't have time to call around today but my guess is these trucks are way too old to have any programs left in the dealership shops.
I'm sure spending a few hundred bucks and going with some kind of an after market tuner would do a better job.
