Knocking noise when revving truck

I know by the title that sounds bad and it may be but I changed my oil the other day and put 7 quarts in it. Checked it, it was fine. Started it up no problems. We did a fuel injection cleaning on it and after they got done about 2000-3000 rpm it kinda sounds like a lifter is tapping or something. At idle there is nothing. it sounds normal. Any suggestions?

Possible Lean situation. Check your fuel pressure. Have your codes checked.

Just a thought to consider, but Expeditions do not take 7 quarts of oil. Too much oil might cause that noise.
