LED problems

I've installed LED lights in the back. However, when I put the LED amber lights in the front, and try the signal, the light stays on and makes a grinding sound.

I think it might be the relay.

Any advice?

grinding sound is the relay struggling to worked right ,might just need a new one or maybe a different amp one in there

The LED bulbs use much less current so the flasher is not seeing enough load to operate. You either need an LED flasher or to add resistors to the circuit to simulate the load from an incandescent bulb. Our trucks use an EP27 flasher.
