Hi all. This is my first post and just wanted to share my newly upgraded 2000 XLT Expo. I got this baby sitting on some 317/70R17 MT Baja MTZ with some new 17x9 ATX Artillery Teflon coated rims along with a 6" FabTech lift. I am really loving the way this thing looks. And so far it seems to handing really well on the road, but I have only drove it from the shop to my house, so we will see what the future has to bring me! Any Ways, tell me what y'all think!

Looks great!! Not sure if it's just the pics but the front sure seems to sit a lot higher then the back... Looks real mean... spacers in the back would probably help that out if you ever want to level it out.

Good looking ride !!! Love the running boards..

Yeah, I feel the same about the back end, looking into a leveling kit now. I want to say the FabTech kits are designed that way, 6" in the front and 5.5" in the back. I know it is not much of a difference, but you sure can see it. And no, haven't touched the gearing, I may when I decide to get some e-lockers in the front and rear, but right now I am just taking baby steps into the build. Thanks for comments!

Just a quick update for y'all out there, the truck is riding great. Getting about 10.8 miles to the gallon now compared to 13 I used to get. Not too bad. Oh, and the folks that installed the kit for me were Arrow Ford's Auto Accessories & More here in Abilene, Tx. The Mechanic up there (Scott) knows these trucks in and out and did a great job. The only issue we ran into installing it was the original brake calipers did not fit just right to the steering knuckle. I didn't get any pics of it, but they ended up havering to grind down a section right under where the caliper mounts. I will be changing break pads soon and will get some pics to post for those that may run into the same problem I did. Anyways, nuff chit chat. Let me know if y'all got question. Jetmech out!
