wish my money tree would start producing... would love a L motor in mine... I just love the sound.... at work guy showed up with a ford e-350 with a 7.3 with a loud turbo.... thought it was awesome...

Guess that would depend on your definition of "easy". If you are mechanically inclined and into working on vehicles it is a pretty straightforward swap. It all fits and no real fabrication required. It is a quite involved project though.
