Looking great!!! You do nice work. Didn't you just paint that area that you just welded? O well, there's always more paint right...

yeah the paint was done before i decided to do the high top prerunner, and im still thinking of adding to it, looked a few different styles, want to beef it up a little. but thats o,k, i have alot of paint, and the guns and compresor, ill pull the bumper of and reapint the entire thing again, only had 2 coats on it so no big deal, and the bolts will come off easy,i just had them off for the lift kit, besides i realized this morning there is a small spot on driver side that water must have gotten in to the can, very little bubble in paint, grrrr, way its going entire truck may get repainted this year, if i can get it in to barn to paint, its about 3 inches to tall for the door down back, and i cant paint in the attached garage due to fumes, ill figure something out, maybe its time to buy a portable canvas shop with a 12 or 14 door, ill just lay a tarp then put it up, my fans should be able to still vent if i run them under the canvas,

i have an old set of 15s, im going to knock all the air out and run them flat in, and still have to fold down top lights, and yes after the bar is painted i will throw a set of lights on it, just a cheep set of spots as i have 2 spots, and 2 floods up top, enough to blind the next a$$ that pulls out in front of me or decides there to blind to dim there dam lights. I know the bend bar seems kinda high, but i wanted to be same hight as grill, becouse i was thinking about putting a led bar on it, with the strobes on each end, And might have to remove my front plate and relocate it, think i have a 12,000 pound winch comeing soon, so that will be behind the plate

best lights IMO are Hella 700FF especially up here the backs are plastic and front glass so no rust in our wonderful weather up here.... they weren''t that bad price either and the 7" diameter looks good too

Are you sure 15" rims will fit? After looking underneath mine it looks like only 16" or bigger will clear the brakes...

Looking good! Try holding your weld still the first few seconds to get a better pool formed then slowly drag it while going in little circles. The slower you can go the better "without punching a hole".

im thinking about adding two more bars, and doing a wrap around under it more like the ones used on the race trucks, so i may cut this off and redo it, when weather gets better, no heat in barn.
