Need circuit diagram for 4 wheel drive - 2004 Expedition Eddie Bauer 5.4L

If anyone has a circuit diagram so I can figure out why my 4x4 is not working I would appreciate it. 4x4 is not engaging and neither the 4 high or 4 low lights will come on in the instrument cluster. Not getting power somewhere in the chain. Thanks in advance!

I have books 1 and 2 for 2004 Expedition (each book about 2-1/2" thick - heavy!).
All that I find in the index referencing 4X4 is section 204-01B FRONT SUSPENSION - PAGES 1-7. Everything shown is mechanical related, no circuits.

In my past experiences, I have found that circuits are usually located in their own books.
I researched GOOGLE, and there are several Expedition Circuit Diagram books available,
but I didn't see anything 4X4 specific.

(I learned/confirmed my repair days are over when my arthritic hands and wrists have difficulty just lifting the shop manuals.)
