No heat!!

So I replaced the heater core and blend door today but still have no heat. Like it's trying to blow hot but still not warm.

What could It be since I replaced the thermostat last year

Once the engine has warmed up check the heater hose lines, inlet and outlet. There is a restrictor in one of the lines that will clog up if it isn't flushed when you have the lines off.

It's the front and ok I'll check the coolant level here in a few when I go outside to the truck

Like stamp said. Check both lines. They should both be warm with the truck hot and heater running.
