I have a question 03 5.4 expedition will not go over 35 miles an hour. Sometimes it won’t go past 10 going up a mountain. There seems to be a manifold leak on the passenger side. My question is, do you think it’s the manifold or something else?

Any solution to this problem? I have the same issue and am struggling to find the solution. Sounds like a vacuum issue but no leaks…
