My 2004 4.6 has only required updated fuel pump relay in the fuse panel. Bought new.
No other problems.

One more heads up. These are easy to change, so they can be replaced if there is a problem. Give a good check on the steering components and Upper/lower ball joints. Also, make sure the boots for the half axles are still in good shape. No problem, I did mine at $260K on my 2003 EB and it was only a couple hundred with Upper Control arm, lower ball joints, and shocks.
