Had these installed on my 2019 Limited at a 4x4 place in Lakewood CO (RSG Offroad)..they removed the front air dam (thank goodness that ugly piece of plastic crap is gone!) and it basically bolted on EXCEPT for the connection between the front skid plate and the transfer case plate. There are no corresponding holes in the frame as there are on the F150 but they were able to drill a couple new holes in one of the plates and bolt them together. Looks great and no rattles or other problems. No issues with oil changes either. I bought the complete set except for the fuel tank protection. And yes - you will be really happy with this.

Looking good! Has to feel good having that project finished. Any noteworthy comments on the install and can you confirm the RCI package you ordered for any future orders?

I asked about that last year, including a group buy, and they were just too busy. Plus, don't think the numbers are there for Expeditions as opposed to the Ford truck line. Guess you could always ask again....Will RCI just build some for the Expedition already so we can stop with the driveway fab to make things fit.....
Tim at RCI told me that they don’t have any Expeditions in their fleet R&D on.I asked about that last year, including a group buy, and they were just too busy. Plus, don't think the numbers are there for Expeditions as opposed to the Ford truck line. Guess you could always ask again....

thanks for your info.I will add more details with pics completely done. There is still the T-case piece.
As of now, it is looking like the newest F150 kit would be the way to go mainly to have the piece that clears the steering rack.
