Rear controls

If I replace the head unit in my truck with an aftermarket unit, is there any way to keep the rear seat stereo controls functional in my '04 XLT?

I lost mine when I swtiched mine.

I know they have modules that let you keep your steering wheel controls. Wonder if there is a similar one for the rear...

I looked into re-wiring mine when I installed mine a few months ago, but the way the controls work it wasn't logical, or even possible.
