Rebuild 5.4L 1998???

Does anyone know where i can find or have a rebuild book or manual that has been put together like a word for word rebuild pdf file or whatever? Basically how to build the motor from the ground up, torque specs, lubricants, etc.? Headgasket blew and Im just going to tear the whole thing apart and rebuild it to last.

I have the shop manual for anything from 2000-2003. I don't how alike the 2000 motors are to the 1998s.

If you like, you can find the shop manuals on ebay. I got mine as a DVD from seller ultratoolz in the form of a DVD. Granted, I don't see any right now for a 98 Exy.
