I also feel slight murmurs of missing upon acceleration from a dead stop, but she runs well enough on the freeway/highway although, she is not as spunky as she can be and has been in the past.

I of course researched and found it could be the camshaft position sensor or damaged reluctor ring.

Any other ideas I should look into?

If it sat that long without being run I would just clear the code and drive it for 15 minutes or so and let the ECU relearn the crankshaft position sensor info. If it persist with the code look at the sensor plug for dirt and grime buildup, spray it out with some contact cleaner. Rare instance the crank pos sensor might be going bad.
