Argh. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this. Took the dash apart on my 04 expy to install an aux adapter for the radio. Got it all back together and and it won't start. Clicks almost like it is a dead battery but it isn't the starter clicking - something in the cabin.
I noticed that the steering wheel isn't locked. Truck is in park - key off -- should be locked right? Had to take it out of park to take the dash off. Also had the tilt all the was down.
Any idea what might be wrong? Hoping it is something obvious.
