cnovalles73, PM Blaster is a rusted bolt removal lubricant. Kinda like WD-40 or Kroil. You can pick it up at any auto parts store. Look in the lubricant isle and you'll find it there.
As for your squeak, I'm not a betting man, but I am willing to put a few bucks down on the problem. Crawl under your truck and find the coil springs. Now, follow them up to the top. You will see them sitting inside a cup. Is one of the springs not in the center (should be able to run a screw driver or something of the sort all the way around the coil). If you find a spring off to a side, your coil has shifted and it is rubbing against the cup, causing your squeaking. I have this problem a lot of times after going out 4x4ing. If you twist up the suspension enough, you can unload a coil spring and it will shift on you.
The fix, you will need to undo the lower bolts on the shocks, then lift the truck by the frame (not the axle) and take all the load off of the coil having the problem. Using a pry bar or large screw driver, move the coil back to the center of the cup. Lower the truck back down and re-install the shocks. All done.
