Sync 3 to 4

I have a 2020 Expedition with sync 3. Can it be updated to syn 4? Also how can I get more travel apps on it? Like I-Exit and RV Trip Wizard.

I do not believe so. They use different processors and require different storage space etc. Maybe I'm the future ford may figure it out, but as of now, no.
