Do TSB's expire on vehicle age or mileage?

It depends on what it is. I went to the dealership for a free car wash or something once and they replaced something with the cruise control for free while I was there. Call a dealership with your VIN and they can tell you what all they can do for it.

Recalls don't expire, tsb is just a bulletin to help technicians fix common problems that occur. Helps us from wasting a lot of time trying to diagnose something that Ford already knows how to fix. TSB's will only be fixed if you have a warranty.
