Where's the hidden lake?

I was hearing that from mine for awhile, then one day as I was going to work and the rain was pouring down a solid stream of water started coming down from my visor and handle on the drivers side. Took me forever to fix.

Inside the door panel is my guess. Couple drains on the bottom edge

Happens to me, dirt washes down the window into the door panel, and plugs up the drains. Clear them with a piece of wire
