the door a jar problem. shoot some WD40 into the hinge so the lights switch will push in.
the vacuum breathe tube on the rear axle. make sure its on there or it makes some weird noise in the axle. (does anyone know where it goes to. it goes into the frame and from there idk.) mine came off right at the nipple on the axle. so its on there with a little super glue and electrical tape.
window actuators in the front. (still have yet to fix mine.) as for the hose that was the latest cop to go out. coolant dripped on mine. idk how ford fixed the hose but its the same one.

my door ajar problem went away not by wd40 not by new sensors but rather a shorted wire. fords are notorious for that because wires dont like to bend and everythime you open your door it just makes it worse and worse because of that loom of wires going from the door to the car

the 90 deg elbow "thingy"...lol and make sure coolant hose is not leaking on #4 COP

Had #4 fixed, I hear it's a very common problem & they usually all start going out 1 by one if you don't get em all fixed at the same times. Very costly, about $200 to replace one, that's why I opted in to replacing em one at a time.

Check the inside bottoms of the doors for rust.

It's been said, but here's my list:

Rust - Bottom of door seams, rear trailing arms, radiator support, quarter panel fenders

Front Sway Bar Linkage - often goes 'missing' (rusts away?)

Upper & Lower Ball Joints - Front suspension wears out quickly, most people don't replace before selling

Exhaust Manifold Leak - due to warped manifold and/or broken studs; pretty common

4 wheel drive, no air suspension (just look undr the truck), put it in 4low, check in the bumper and under the trim in the wheel wells for mud and rust
