did you recently change the multi function switch

when did this start happening and what did you change recently

sounds like you may have a problem with the main light switch

sounds like you did something wrong recheck your connections and look to see if any pins got bent or broken or maybe you didn't push the connector in all the way.

do you have an owners manual if not go to
owner.ford.com
and download a copy read it and you will get a wealth of information on how to operate all the controls, switches etc.

now if you already got a warning for driving with High Beams it would appear that you know how to turn them on. In you first post you stated your problem But it would have been nice of you to have mentioned that your problem occurred after you did the work you done It would help others to know where and when your problem started

I didn't Really Think it matter but my High Beams just turn on randomly And 3 Days ago I got a warning From a cop so yesterday I tried to Figure out how to turn them on but could not figure out! Feeling Like an idiot I replaced the Fuse today And still nothing and the bulbs are in great shape

Agreed, push the turn signal switch away from you to engage high beams, pull it towards you to return to normal. You can go from the middle beam position and pull it towards you to momentarily engage high beams until you release the stalk.

Honestly check to see if the turn signal stalk is pushed forward before you tear it back off.

you should get the lights working properly first before thinking new HID Lights will help

Knowing how to activate high beams is important. Fog lights will not turn on with high beams on.

Absolutely correct.

It makes no sense to think that replacing the headlights would correct this problem. It is unlikely that the low beams on both cooked at the same time. Moreover, it is probable that the work done caused the malfunction. If the OP refuses to follow this reasoning, future repair work on his EXPEDITION is gonna be EXPENSIVE.
