I Did Already It's We're it's supposed to be I moved it around but the High beams wouldn't Turn off? Might be buying New Bulbs tomorrow Probably Upgrade To HID Lights See if that helps

you should get the lights working properly first before thinking new HID Lights will help

Knowing how to activate high beams is important. Fog lights will not turn on with high beams on.

Absolutely correct.

It makes no sense to think that replacing the headlights would correct this problem. It is unlikely that the low beams on both cooked at the same time. Moreover, it is probable that the work done caused the malfunction. If the OP refuses to follow this reasoning, future repair work on his EXPEDITION is gonna be EXPENSIVE.

Thanks everyone But the problen was a wire ripped or must have touched something cause it broek but taped it with electrical tape now waiting for weather to be good and soder wire
