They need to up the fine for regular class c driver's like they do with me commercial for cell phones. $2700.00 vs $175.00 that would keep em off their cell.

But wait, you're talking about just talking on the cell phone. Most states at least a lot of them if not most, have laws about texting while driving but there are many states where you are allowed to talk on the phone and hold it to your head or at least use hands-free. When they passed the law for commercial you are forbidden to have the phone to your head.
I personally don't support the talking on the cell phone ban. I remember when the first States started requiring hands-free. I have no problem driving down the road and talking on the phone whether it's being held in my head for whether it's on speakerphone I know lots of other people do but I just don't believe in legislating for everyone's irregularities and lack of abilities. There's plenty of people out there that are such poor drivers no matter what they do and even when they're paying 100% attention they still shouldn't be on the road... So. I like to let my driving record speak for itself. I'm almost certain that each and every day and each and every time I'm behind the wheel at least sometime throughout the day I am talking on the phone while driving. I also often text. Most people do they just don't admit it. I do plenty of other things that are technically illegal also but I have an absolutely squeaky clean perfect driving record and zero accidents showing in any insurance file for over 30 years.
So, I like to let the stats speak for themselves. Regardless of what I do behind the wheel or whether I'm talking to a passenger or having a heated debate discussion argument, whatever, I must be paying enough attention to operate the car properly and obey traffic laws enough not to get pulled over and get tickets.
Kind of like how some people could do their job with two days without sleep blindfolded and one hand behind their back better than someone else could do it at their Peak.

I live in NY as well, our state govt is corrupt and useless. A political party I won’t name has had control of NY for 55-60 years and population continues to decline, industry left, been in shambles. Yet people still vote Cuomo and his party in, as if their track record will ever change.....empty promises and more govt assistance/ handouts is all they offer. Hindering business and industry (progress) is what they do best. So many ridiculous laws on the books here.
Wow! That's absolutely amazing. I did not know that. That is one of the reasons why I usually say it's a very good thing for the states to have individual rights and control. At least people can migrate to where they like the laws. It sucks though. No State should have rules like that.

Wish it was not true & I do not understand why they keep voting in politicians that destroy their respective states economies
We live in AZ & with the exception of "FLAKE" things are pretty good here

It's so nuts here in California, that holding the phone in your hand while driving bus or truck is in anything but park, and a cop or highway patrol can issue the ticket. They take ridiculous to a new level. Blue tooth in ear is legal, but you gotta dial the phone somehow. That requires you guessed it holding it in your hand. I don't even touch mine. When I jump in my Transit in the morning, I throw it into the drink holder near window and forget it for 4 hour's.

As far as the outside air supply, you use an air exchanger to preheat the incoming air with the outgoing air. As stated above there's a lot of bad for you stuff used inside a house and keeping the house in a positive pressure is another advantage.
NOPE, the furnace's PVC exhaust flue exits the home on the south side a couple of feet from the furnace's burner fresh air intake and that's a SEALED COMBUSTION SYSTEM and the makeup air INTAKE FOR THE FORCED AIR CIRCULATION BLOWER FOR ALL THE REGISTERS in the home is on the northside, No air to air heat exchanger here an the closed burner system AND IF that was the case it better be made out of stainless steel so as not to rust / rot out from the condensation that would occur due to the temperature difference and moisture of the warm furnace exhaust gas over the cold outside air kind of like a glass of ice water sweating on a hot day leading to carbon monoxide build up in the home IF it were to rust / rot out AND as I stated above there's enough air leakage in the 3 bathroom vent's along with the stove top vent with there piss poor flapper valves that are NOT air tight at all & the damper less GAS fireplace that the air never get stale in the house and then there's also the electric dryer pulling air out of the house, anyway I'm not going to start an internet argument here, have a nice day .

The Navigator has this feature as well but it’s deactivated by a switch next to the parking brake switch. Pushing that button is part of normal start up process for me now. I have FOREscan but chose to leave it enabled even though I never use it.

Not meant to hi-jack but heat exchanger is not used on furnace vent. Used on outside air intake to preheat incoming air with warm exhaust (house) air.

Honestly guys, I think Home Depot or Bob Vila host their own forums for home improvement and HVAC comments.

So is this the wrong place to bring up that Canadian company that' trying to open a sex robot brothel in Houston? First of its kind in the US! $60 for 30 mins. Is that a good deal?
