May be a silly question but at $18 a pop for these silly proprietary rear wipers just curious but do you find your back windshield to be much less dirty with the side exit?
I notice that the exhaust in the cold mornings we have had recently comes right up to the back windshield.
Thinking the side exit would keep the back windshield a bit cleaner.

I don't notice the rear window of my 17 getting any dirtier than the rear window of my old 05.

For a 2016 or 2017, it's $11.95 + tax...but I'm sure there are coupons/discounts out there to drop the price a little.

And shipping as well came to $16.94 and up to 7 days to arrive from Rockauto for me. Guess I could have used a coupon code and saved 80 cents still not worth it to save a buck, literally.
Amazon was $18.70 nonprime shipping, $20 prime shipped.

Dealership was actually $17.43 after tax and I walked out with it then and there.

I think I’ll see about swapping the arm to use the old style wiper. As the arm was $10 and blade from Wally World was 8.

Do you know the overall length of your 45* elbow??
I have located a 14.5” elbow and plan to use a 12” tip so I have a fair amount of room to adjust the tip to have it exit at the proper spot.

I'm about to do this to my 2016. Question for Expedition Andy: Did you do anything between these two pictures other than install the hanger? It looks like you pulled it outboard about 6" or more. Didn't that torque your existing pipes?
