I’ve got a 2010 EL four wheel drive with 6 lug PVD wheels. The chrome is chipping off. I can buy 2018 F-150 take offs for $100. Does anyone one know what year F-150 take offs will fit? Same back spacing etc?

I think the back spacing etc is the same but you would have to cut about 1/2" off your rear axles to clear the center caps.....what a deal! I have some PVD wheels that are losing "chrome" around the edge and I am trying to figure out the best way to repair them. I would use an angle grinder with a cut-off blade on the axles.

Any 6 lug F150 wheel will fit. I'm running '21 Sport wheels on mine.

You will indeed have to cut a bit off the end of the rear axles. Umm, do this AFTER you take the old wheels off, but BEFORE you put new ones on. Also, depending on your tools, you'll want to watch the lug studs. I just used an air powered cut off wheel. Took about 3 minutes altogether and that was getting up to go around to the other side AND having a sip of dr pepper on the way.

You don't have to cut the axle ends off but not doing so will keep you from running the truck wheel's centercaps. Which looks like ass.

The reason for this...the truck wheels have a "shallower" center (NOT backspacing; that remains the same) and thusly the caps will contact the axle shaft and pop them off when you mount the wheel...
