My dealer said their visibility has been horrible, he had another customer that their vehicle still showed as built in Kentucky but showed up on their lot unexpected. I’m going to start chasing Ford Customer Relations because we just had our third kid and now don’t have a vehicle that can fit family/dogs etc. to do any sort of day trip@ktreem check with your dealership or Ford Customer Relations to see if they have more info about your order/car.
Just note that others have indicated that Ford Customer Relations haven't been particularly helpful in some cases either. It may mean nothing or it may mean that something changed. Did they remove some option, like Active Park Assist or Hands Free Lift Gate? If they removed something they would need to reprice the sticker. I suppose too a price increase may trigger a new invoice. Basically something changed that affects the price.Can anyone explain this to me? On the ordertrack.app website, my “Invoiced Date” was 6/16 for the longest time, but now it’s changed to 7/7. Well, ETA as of 3 days ago was by tomorrow and now it’s been pushed to end of week since no truck to drive it from the rail yard. We shall see if it shows up this week or gets pushed out again.After months of delays since my order on 11/15, my dealer let me know that it arrived at the rail yard about 80 miles away. Could be here any day as soon as a truck drives it this way. I will stay cautiously optimistic until it arrives at my dealer, but at least the wait is almost over.
I haven't gotten an updated shipping notification but the tracker shows as shipped.Ordered 2022 Max SP on 12/30 and just received shipping notification on Friday, 7/8
