I have a 1998 Ford Expedition 5.4 4x4 i just put 26s on my truck and i cant got ova 60 on the highway. Whats wrong?

Sounds like brakes are dragging. Also check fitment around rim to calipers. Although if that was the case, you'd hear a god awful grinding sound. Spin each wheel, you'll find your culprit. If it ran fine before rim swap, can only be so many things.
